Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control. OpenFix doesn’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and a GPC signal from your browser is a request that it stays that way.
How sharing works at OpenFix
We share your request only when you ask OpenFix to connect you and agree to the disclosure in your AI assistant. We send it to one recipient, the one you chose: OpenFix’s partner network of local pros for a call-now request, or the one company named to you. That recipient pays us for the connection. Because you direct this disclosure to get the help you asked for, we treat it as a disclosure you direct, not a sale. We don’t send your request to anyone else.
Your choices
- In your AI assistant: don’t select Agree. Without your agreement, nothing is shared.
- Revoke consent: write to support@getopenfix.app with the subject line “Revoke consent” and the phone number you used with OpenFix. We’ll record it, and we won’t share any new request from you unless you agree again.
- Stop calls: tell the pro or company that calls you that you don’t want to be contacted.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we honor it as a request not to sell or share your personal information for that browser or device.
We act on these requests as soon as we can, and within the time required by law.
If you ask us to stop
Connecting you means sending your request to the recipient you choose, so we can’t connect you with a pro unless you agree to share a specific request. Asking us to stop doesn’t delete data a recipient already received. Contact them directly, or see data deletion.

Requests made for you
Someone you authorize can make a request for you with your written permission. We may ask you to confirm the request directly. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these choices.
