TCPA Consent Disclosure

When you use OpenFix in your AI assistant, we show one of two consent disclosures before sharing your phone number: the one below for a company named to you, or the call-now disclosure for a local pro through OpenFix’s partner network. Keep a copy for your records. Questions: support@getopenfix.app.

Version history

  • openfix-tcpa-network-v3 — effective October 14, 2026. Separate disclosure for the call-now route: you ask OpenFix to send your request to its partner network so a local pro in the network can take your call, and the partner network and that pro may call you about it. It does not replace v4; each request uses one or the other.
  • openfix-tcpa-network-v2 — effective October 7, 2026. Earlier call-now wording that also covered texts. Full text below.
  • openfix-tcpa-network-v1 — effective October 5, 2026. Earlier wording of the call-now disclosure, used only in testing.
  • openfix-tcpa-v4 — effective October 14, 2026. Only the one company you approve, shown to you before anything is shared, may call you about your request, including by automated means.
  • openfix-tcpa-v3 — effective September 26, 2026. Earlier wording that also covered texts. (Bumped from v2 to v3 to ensure older records with different text remain distinct.) Full text below.
  • openfix-tcpa-v2 — effective September 26, 2026. Same consent sentence as v3.
  • openfix-tcpa-v1 — effective September 21, 2026. Original disclosure.

Call-now disclosure (OpenFix partner network)

You're asking OpenFix to send your name, phone number, ZIP code, and description of the problem to its partner network so a local pro in the network can take your call. The partner network and the pro who handles your request may call you about it, including by automated means. Consent isn't required to get service, and you can opt out anytime.

I understand that:

  1. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  2. Call frequency varies based on my request.
  3. I can revoke consent for OpenFix by emailing support@getopenfix.app, and I can ask any caller to stop calling me.
  4. OpenFix's partner network and the pro who handles my request are independent businesses with their own privacy policies. OpenFix sends my request only to its partner network, to connect my call, as further described in the OpenFix Privacy Policy at https://getopenfix.app/privacy.

When this version is shown

Your assistant shows this disclosure when no participating company covers your ZIP and a local pro in OpenFix’s partner network does. The partner network connects your call to a local pro who serves your ZIP. OpenFix does not place calls to you.

If you decline

If you don’t agree, OpenFix does not send your details to its partner network and does not give you the number to call. You can still browse getopenfix.app or try again later.
